光譜儀在使用中難免會出現(xiàn)這樣那樣的問題，而作為儀器使用人員，往往缺少必要的儀器維護(hù)知識，我們總結(jié)了一些直讀光譜儀使用中常見的簡單問題，希望能對企業(yè)用戶有所幫助

故障一：新儀器電腦出現(xiàn)死機(jī)，程序錯誤、黑屏、分析軟件的 START狀態(tài)不對有時變?yōu)辄S色不動，有時雖然動但是變?yōu)榧t色。

處理辦法：此為通訊線接觸不良，重新連接即可。

故障二：光譜儀排氣不暢故障，氬氣排氣管路堵塞，火花室下部的彎

頭內(nèi)有異物，氬氣過濾器入口端有異物。

處理辦法：更換排氣管，要更換透明的塑料管，并定期對排氣管路進(jìn)行吹掃。

故障三：溫度偏高故障

處理辦法：檢查儀器后蓋風(fēng)扇是否轉(zhuǎn)動，轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活。

故障四：真空泵不自動啟動故障，
Fault four: vacuum pump does not automatically start failure,
處理辦法：先看泵油溫度是否較低，重新斷電后，手動啟動真空泵，有時需停頓一下，再試。

故障五：光譜儀 P、S 穩(wěn)定性不好，檢查真空泵是否被誤關(guān)掉，真空光路鏡片是否需要清洗，一個維護(hù)不好的光路會導(dǎo)致錯誤的重現(xiàn)性和

故障六：真空值下降快故障

處理辦法：看真空值曲線是否平緩，否則，有漏氣的地方，檢查真空室真空蓋密封性，更換密封圈或?qū)蔷o固螺絲。
Treatment method: see the vacuum value curve is gentle, otherwise, there is a leak, check the vacuum chamber vacuum seal, replace the sealing ring or diagonal fastening screws.
故障七：光譜儀光強值下降

原因分析：
Reason analysis:
1、透鏡臟
1, lens dirty
2、入射狹縫污染
2, incident slit pollution
3、光纖老化
3, optical fiber aging
處理辦法：擦拭透鏡，清理狹縫，更換光纖。
Solution: wipe the lens, clean the slit, replace the optical fiber.
經(jīng)驗總結(jié)：光譜儀用久了，激發(fā)臺會因點打的太多了，出現(xiàn)放電漏氣現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致光強上不去，需要經(jīng)常清理激發(fā)臺板及火花室。

故障八：數(shù)據(jù)不穩(wěn)定

處理方法： 清洗鏡片后重新做標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，儀器鏡片的污染會導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)測試的結(jié)果不穩(wěn)定，長時間沒有做儀器的曲線校準(zhǔn)也會導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)測試
