電感耦合等離子體光譜儀的保養(yǎng)：
The maintenance of inductively coupled plasma spectrometer:
(1)氣體控制系統(tǒng)：ICP的氣體控制系統(tǒng)是否穩(wěn)定正常地運行，直接影響到儀器測定數(shù)據(jù)的好壞，如果氣路中有水珠或其它固體雜質(zhì)等都會造成氣流不穩(wěn)定，因此，對氣體控制系統(tǒng)要經(jīng)常進行檢查和維護。首先要做氣體密封試驗，開啟氣瓶及減壓閥，使氣體壓力指示在額定值上，然后關(guān)閉氣瓶，觀察減壓閥上的壓力表指針，應(yīng)在幾個小時內(nèi)沒有下降或下降很少，否則說明氣路中有漏氣現(xiàn)象，需要檢查和排除。

(2)使用環(huán)境：電感耦合等離子體光譜儀與其它大型精密儀器一樣，需要在一定的環(huán)境條件下運行，否則，不僅影響儀器的性能，甚至造成損壞，縮短壽命等。根據(jù)光學(xué)儀器的特點，對環(huán)境溫度和濕度有一定要求。如果溫度變化太大，光學(xué)組件受溫度變化的影響就會產(chǎn)生譜線漂移，造成測定數(shù)據(jù)不穩(wěn)定;而如果環(huán)境濕度過大，儀器的光學(xué)部件，特別是光柵容易受潮損壞或性能降低

(3)每月用超聲波清洗霧化室、炬管、樣品噴射管;

(4)每四個月更換光譜儀上的風(fēng)扇過濾網(wǎng);

(5)測試有機樣品后用軟布清潔炬室，防止有機成分沉積;

(6)進樣管、蠕動泵管、廢液管、墊圈等消耗品根據(jù)使用情況及時更換;
(6) sampling tube and peristaltic pump tube, waste pipe, gasket and other consumables according to the use of timely replacement;
(7)每年根據(jù)儀器公司提供的日常維護條款對儀器做全面保養(yǎng)。

所以使用電感耦合等離子體光譜儀一定要好好保護儀器，要合理的進行保養(yǎng)與注意，出現(xiàn)故障就不要用了，有問題就要進行修理。

電感耦合等離子體光譜儀注意事項： 送樣要求：液體，來樣標明名稱、主要成分、待測元素大致含量。

樣品要求：
Sample requirement:
(1)試液需完全澄清。

(2)試液需pH≤7，鹽酸或硝酸濃度≤10%。
(2) pH was less than 7, hydrochloric acid or nitric acid concentration is less than 10%.
(3)試液中基體元素含量不得超過待測元素一萬倍。

(4)試液中若含有有機物必須作硝化處理后上機測定。
